Rapid Liquid Print
Rapid Liquid Print (RLP) is a Boston, Massachusetts additive manufacturing company that spun out of MIT's Self-Assembly Lab in 2018. Its patented Gravity Free Manufacturing technology, powered by proprietary Veer software, prints elastomer parts by drawing liquid material directly into a reusable gel suspension, eliminating molds, tooling, and support structures. The process yields soft, stretchable silicone and rubber products with elongation properties up to 1000 percent for industries including medical devices, prosthetics, footwear, automotive seals, and industrial components. RLP offers both a contract manufacturing service and its own Levity printer for in house production.
