MassMutual Catalyst Funds (MMCF) is part of MassMutual's Impact Investing group, which also runs the First Fund Initiative. Led by Liz Roberts (Head of Impact Investing) and Jason Allen (Head of MassMutual Catalyst Funds), the group invests MassMutual's own balance sheet capital for risk-adjusted, market-rate returns while advancing economic, racial, and environmental equity. MMCF's relationship with Rapid Liquid Print dates to a 2021 seed round alongside BMW i Ventures, and it participated again in RLP's 2024 Series A.
