EQT is a Stockholm-listed global investment organization offering private equity, infrastructure, real estate, growth equity, and venture capital strategies. Founded in 1994 with roots in the Wallenberg family's long-term ownership philosophy, EQT has grown into one of the world's largest private markets firms, with a portfolio of more than 300 companies employing roughly 650,000 people globally. In 2022 EQT combined with Baring Private Equity Asia, and in 2023 an EQT-managed fund and Goldman Sachs Asset Management acquired testing infrastructure company Prometric from that Asia platform.
