TrustQuay and Viewpoint Merge to Form Quantios

TrustQuay (majority-backed by Hg) merged with ViewPoint (then owned by funds managed by EQT) in a transaction backed by both Hg and EQT, completing in mid-2023 and creating a combined global software platform for the wealth, trust, corporate and funds services sector. The combined business rebranded as Quantios in June 2024. Deal value undisclosed.
