Oggi Foods is a Montreal-based manufacturer of gluten-free, organic, non-GMO frozen pizza and other food products, selling branded and private label products in grocery stores and restaurants across North America. Founded in 2015 by co-founders Joe Turturici, CEO, and Stefano Cataldo, Oggi uses proprietary gluten-free recipes and a hand-stretching crust production process to produce Neapolitan-style frozen pizzas, pizza crusts, mini pizza bites, mini calzones, plant-based and vegan pizzas, and Dolce Vita baking mixes. Bregal Partners made a growth equity investment in Oggi in September 2021 to continue executing its multi-year better-for-you frozen food investment thesis.
