Bregal Partners made a growth investment in the company in February 2018 in partnership with founders Joseph Croft, CEO, and Kristin Hunziker, who remained significant shareholders, and brought in consumer-brand veteran Mary George, former CEO of Bell Sports and Easton Hockey, as Executive Chairwoman.
