ENERCON is a multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental services firm founded in 1983 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, that supports nuclear power, power generation, power delivery, and data center infrastructure clients. The firm provides licensing, compliance, and program management services and supports approximately 90 percent of United States nuclear plants, with growing expertise in small modular reactors and large-scale reactors. ENERCON was acquired by Arlington Capital Partners in April 2026 and merged with Arlington portfolio company Pond & Company, forming a combined platform of more than 2,700 professionals operating under the ENERCON name, with the management teams of both companies investing more than 100 million dollars in the combined company alongside Arlington.
