Robert Bryan is President and Chief Executive Officer of ENERCON, a nuclear and power infrastructure engineering firm founded in 1983 that supports approximately 90 percent of United States nuclear plants. He was previously promoted through the company's senior management ranks, including Chief Operating Officer and President, before being named CEO. He led ENERCON through its April 2026 combination with Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company Pond & Company.
