Yoshiro Kaji holds a master's degree from the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. He joined Sony in 2009 as an in-house patent attorney covering VAIO and PlayStation intellectual property, then moved to A.T. Kearney as a strategy consultant serving large technology and telecom clients on business strategy, overseas expansion, M&A, and BPR. He subsequently worked as a business development manager at two IPO-stage startups, Uzabase and Money Forward, on product planning, M&A and post-merger integration, and long-term strategy. He co-founded Instalimb in 2017 and serves as Chief Strategy Officer.
