William (Bill) Barton is President and CEO of Bobs Discount Furniture, appointed effective November 3, 2020, succeeding Ted English. He previously spent 11 years as CEO of California Closets, a unit of FirstService Brands, where he opened the companys first two US manufacturing plants, launched its e-commerce platform, and created collaborations with brands including Martha Stewart. Under his leadership Bobs more than doubled its store count and completed its February 2026 IPO on the NYSE.
