Dr Wayne Best is Executive Chairman of Nanollose. He holds a BSc (Hons) and PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Western Australia, spent two years at Imperial College London and a year at the Australian National University, and worked at ICI Australia's Research Group before spending ten years at the Chemistry Centre (WA). In 2003 he founded Epichem Pty Ltd, a contract chemistry research company he ran for 14 years before moving full-time to Nanollose in 2018. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Chemistry at the University of Western Australia.
