Victor Peng served as President of AMD from the companys 2022 acquisition of Xilinx until his retirement in August 2024. Before the acquisition, he was President and CEO of Xilinx, where he led the company through significant technological advancements up to its acquisition by AMD. Peng previously held engineering and leadership roles at AMD, Tzero Technologies, and MIPS Technologies, with deep expertise in silicon engineering and high-performance computing. His leadership was instrumental in integrating Xilinxs adaptive computing portfolio into AMD following the acquisition.
