Tom Karol is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Thayer Infrastructure Services. He brings over 40 years of experience building, operating, and driving strategic innovation in businesses, having served as CEO of ElkCorp (NYSE: ELK), a leading manufacturer of roofing materials, CEO of Bradco Supply, a distributor of building materials, and most recently CEO of Cornerstone Automation Systems (CASI), a provider of turnkey automation systems. He also founded and ran Pro Group Holdings, one of the largest distributors of carpet and flooring products in the United States. He holds a B.S. in Business & Managerial Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
