Saara Somersalmi was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Sensofusion in January 2026, leading its global people and culture agenda as the company scales its workforce. She previously held CHRO roles at Sympa and at Oilon, was Chief Culture Officer and COO People Services at Gallant Finland, led HR at Swappie and at Vainu, and spent four years as VP HR at Zalaris building HR functions across nine countries. Earlier in her career she worked in M&A and business development at Posti Group Oyj and held legal roles at Castrén & Snellman and KLegal.
