Pete Gombert founded Balihoo in 2004 (his third company) after identifying inefficiencies in local co-op media purchasing for national brands. He served as CEO through the company's 2008 pivot to its local-marketing-automation model and its 2010 recognition as a Gartner "Cool Vendor" in marketing.
