Max Kufner co-founded Again in 2021 after working as an early-stage investor at Berlin-based venture capital firm Atlantic Labs. As COO, he leads Again's commercial and operational build-out, including the company's expansion from its Copenhagen pilot plant into full-scale industrial facilities, and has been the company's public voice on its cost and flexibility advantages over legacy carbon capture approaches.
