Matt Stone serves as President of Healthcare Real Estate for Stonemont Financial Group, leading the firms principal net lease real estate investment platform, developer partnership program, and healthcare real estate initiatives. Over his career he has executed more than $2.0 billion in transaction volume across industrial, healthcare, office and retail assets. He previously spent six years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (Truist Securities) in its Structured Real Estate Group, and earlier worked at Realty Trust Group and Brand Properties. Stone holds an MBA in Private Equity and Finance from Emorys Goizueta Business School and a bachelors degree in Real Estate from the College of Charleston.
