Mati Staniszewski is cofounder and CEO of ElevenLabs, an AI audio research company building voice, dubbing, and conversational AI technology. He and high-school friend Piotr Dabkowski founded the company in 2022. Before ElevenLabs, Mati worked at Palantir as a deployment strategist and at BlackRock, where he helped launch the Aladdin Wealth platform. He holds a degree in mathematics from Imperial College London.
