Mark Eubanks has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of The Brinks Company since May 2022, succeeding Doug Pertz who transitioned to executive chairman. He joined Brinks in September 2021 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer as part of the companys announced CEO succession plan. Before Brinks, Eubanks served as president, Europe, Middle East and Africa for Otis Worldwide Corporation, and prior to that as group president, electrical products, for Eaton Corporation, with global responsibility for six operating divisions with roughly six billion dollars in combined annual revenue. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Emory University.
