Mark Dreher served as CEO of Knowledge Factor during its early-stage growth period in the late 2000s, when the company (then trading as KnowledgeFactor, before the Amplifire rebrand) was a Lacuna Gap Capital portfolio company. Dreher, himself a former venture capitalist, cited Lacuna's hands-on engagement as the deciding factor in choosing it as an investment partner.
