Lynn Feldman is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, advising the board and senior leadership on major transactions, litigation, and financial strategy, and leading the company's compliance program. She previously served as EVP and General Counsel for Wyndham Hotel Group, and before that as SVP, Deputy General Counsel and public company Corporate Secretary for parent company Wyndham Worldwide. Earlier in her career she held corporate roles at Cendant Corporation and was a Corporate Associate at Lowenstein Sandler. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
