Liz Roberts is Head of Impact Investing at MassMutual, directing the group's strategy across the MassMutual Catalyst Funds and First Fund Initiative, investing for risk-adjusted, market-rate returns while advancing economic, racial, and environmental equity. Before joining MassMutual in 2021, she spent over 10 years in the New York tech startup space including two company exits, followed by 10 years in venture capital and venture creation focused on overlooked investments. She holds a BA in Studio Art and Economics from Smith College.
