Krystle Shoate leads product management for industrial coatings, adhesives, and sealants at The Pittsburgh Paints Company, the business unit that owns the Liquid Nails brand, putting her directly over the product line at the center of the FTC's case against Henkel's proposed acquisition of Liquid Nails. She joined the business (then part of PPG Industries) in 2016 as a technical services representative and rose through operations planning, supply chain, and environment/health/safety management roles before being named Director of Product Management for Adhesives and Sealants in 2023 and Vice President in 2024. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
