Kristen Cook joined The Brinks Company in August 2025 as chief legal officer, executive vice president, and corporate secretary, leading legal strategy, corporate governance, and legal operations for a company operating in more than fifty countries. She spent the prior fifteen years at 7-Eleven, most recently as chief of staff to the CEO after climbing the ranks from senior counsel to vice president and deputy general counsel, and played a lead role in 7-Elevens 21 billion dollar acquisition of Speedway as lead fuel counsel negotiating contracts with Marathon Petroleum. The Association of Corporate Counsel has twice honored Cook with its Value Champion Award. She holds both her undergraduate and law degrees from Baylor University, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas.
