Khatantuul (Khat) Zorig joined MassMutual's Catalyst Funds as an investment principal in late 2025, identifying and supporting high-growth startups. She spent the prior decade in the Boston startup ecosystem as an investor, founder, and advisor, including as an investor at Innospark Ventures focused on AI, robotics, and neurotechnology, where she led or co-led investments in startups including Neurable and Javelin. She previously founded Buddy, an AI-driven mental wellness startup incubated at MIT Delta V, and worked as a Technology Consultant at Accenture. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BA in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Virginia.
