He has over 20 years of expertise in healthcare revenue management and technology, previously serving as COO and CEO, and driving major acquisitions such as VisitPay, SCI Solutions, and Cloudmed. Flanagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and has held senior roles at Applied Materials, Nortel Networks, and General Electric. He is recognized for pioneering innovative operating models and forging strategic partnerships, including R1’s exclusive collaboration with Palantir and the launch of the R37 AI lab.
