Jim Kilts is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Advantage Solutions, appointed effective March 31, 2023. He is a founding partner of Centerview Capital Consumer, which has held an ownership interest in Advantage Solutions since 2014. A renowned consumer goods leader, Kilts previously was chairman, CEO, and president of Gillette, where he oversaw the companys sale to Procter and Gamble, and earlier was president and CEO of Nabisco, EVP of Philip Morris Companies, president of Kraft USA, and president of Oscar Mayer. He also chairs the board of The Simply Good Foods Company.
