Jason Duncan is CEO of Afinitas, a global infrastructure equipment and services company for the precast concrete industry. He joined Afinitas in 2022 as President of its Forming Systems Division and was promoted to CEO in December 2023, succeeding Brad Schmidgall. He previously spent 16 years at Forterra (now Rinker). He holds an MBA from Washburn University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University.
