Jason Dilger is Chief Accounting Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, appointed in May 2019. He leads the company's global accounting functions, including financial and regulatory reporting, internal controls, and corporate and technical accounting, and leads accounting and business services for Clear Channel Outdoor Americas. Prior to joining in 2011, he served as Corporate Controller of Sinclair Broadcast Group, and began his career at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a CPA.
