Jason Allen joined MassMutual in 2021 as Lead Portfolio Manager for the Impact Investments team and now heads the MassMutual Catalyst Funds. Before MassMutual, he was Vice President of Investments at MassVentures, and spent over eight years in the Boston startup ecosystem at early-stage companies including CustomMade Ventures, Attivio (acquired by ServiceNow), and Ovia Health (acquired by LabCorp). He holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law, a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School, and a BA from Denison University.
