Hardeep Gulati is Chief Executive Officer of Duck Creek Technologies, appointed in October 2025, succeeding longtime CEO Mike Jackowski (who transitioned to Vice Chair of the Board). He brings nearly three decades of experience scaling global SaaS businesses. He most recently served as CEO of PowerSchool, where he grew the company from $100 million to over $750 million in revenue, led its IPO, and expanded its reach to more than 60 million students and 18,000 school systems across 90 countries.
