Gisli Hennermark

Gisli Hennermark has served as Chairman of the Board of Surgical Science since 2025, having joined the board in 2024 and previously served as CEO of Surgical Science from 2015 to 2024. He has a broad entrepreneurial and business background from management consulting, including Arthur D. Little, and his own ventures such as SamSari, which he exited via trade sale in 2010. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and also chairs the boards of SyntheticMR AB and Spotlight Group.
