Gina Kastel is chair of Faegre Drinker, overseeing the firm's strategic direction and growth since 2023. She previously served as executive partner and, at legacy firm Faegre Baker Daniels, as vice chair and chief operating partner, helping lead the integration following the 2020 combination with Drinker Biddle & Reath. In her legal practice, Kastel advises health care and nonprofit organizations on regulatory complexity and legal risk. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
