Geoffroy de Berail co-founded Glowee in 2014 alongside Sandra Rey and Samuel Juillot and served as the company's Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day to day operations as it grew to roughly 15 employees and delivered more than 50 event lighting installations for clients including Vinci Energies, AccorHotels, EDF, and BNP Paribas, plus the Rambiolum public urban lighting pilot developed with the city of Rambouillet. After Glowee's 2023 liquidation, he moved into consulting, working as a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group.
