Doug Donovan co-founded Interplay Learning in 2016 and serves as its CEO, building the leading online and VR/3D-simulation training platform for the skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar, multifamily and facilities maintenance). Prior to Interplay, Donovan founded two software companies and developed a small ski area in Colorado. He holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
