Dominik Fix is the owner and managing director of Fix CNC Koordinatenschleiftechnik, the family precision-grinding business his parents Herbert and Monika Fix founded in 1995. A trained Werkzeugmechaniker (tool mechanic) with an Industriemeister Metall qualification, he joined the company in 2012 after gaining outside experience in grinding and stamping, and took full ownership in 2020 when the business was reorganized as a GmbH & Co. KG. He has spoken to trade press about the companys focus on precision as its defining trait.
