David Sailer is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, responsible for the company's overall financial strategy, capital structure, tax strategy, liquidity management, global M&A activity, and investor relations. He previously served as EVP, CFO of Clear Channel America and Head of Corporate Development since 2022, and before that as EVP and CFO of Clear Channel Outdoor America since 2014. He joined from iHeartMedia, where he was Senior Vice President of FP&A, having previously worked at NBCUniversal. He holds an MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Professional Accounting from Montclair State University.
