Chris Hite is an Independent Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Kailera Therapeutics, bringing over 25 years of financial and strategic experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He currently serves as Chairman, Partnering and Investments at Royalty Pharma, which he joined in 2020 as Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman. Prior to Royalty Pharma, he spent nearly 12 years at Citi, most recently as Vice Chairman of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory and Global Head of Healthcare, and before that was Global Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers. He previously served on the board of Acceleron Pharma until its 11.5 billion dollar acquisition by Merck in November 2021.
