Carl Lukach has served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Bobs Discount Furniture since June 2023, helping shepherd the company through its February 2026 IPO. He previously served as CFO of Noodles and Company from November 2020 to June 2023, and before that as Vice President, Finance of Equinox from 2016 to 2020. Earlier he was Senior Director, Finance and Corporate Development at Abercrombie and Fitch, and spent nearly a decade as an investment banker in the Retail and Consumer Group at Credit Suisse and Bear Stearns.
