Bárbara González Rolón is a Co-Founder of Polybion and holds a PhD in Materials Science. She introduced brothers Axel and Alexis Gómez-Ortigoza to the government innovation grant that helped launch the company in 2015 and contributed personal funds alongside Alexis to get it off the ground. She now serves as the company's Quality Director.
