Antonio Amato became Alilauro's CEO in July 2026 as part of a board renewal at parent Lauro Holding, succeeding Pino Musolino. A Naples entrepreneur who came up in the boating industry leading Nauticamato, Amato also chairs the young entrepreneurs group of the Unione Industriali Napoli and is active in the vending sector. Control of Alilauro remains with the Lauro family following the March 2026 death of longtime chairman Salvatore Lauro.
