He has over two decades of experience in legal, commercial, and corporate leadership roles, most recently as Commercial Projects & Senior Corporate Lawyer at Iluka Resources Limited. He has also held senior roles at DLA Piper, Macro Metals Limited, Fivemark Partners, and CLSA, with experience in M&A, capital raisings, and investor relations. He holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
