Andrew L. Boyd is Chief Executive Officer of Tyto Athene, a federal systems integrator providing network modernization, cybersecurity, cloud, and data analytics solutions to defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies. He was named CEO in July 2026, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership in defense and intelligence sectors. He most recently served as IBM Consulting's Federal Defense and Intelligence Industry Lead, and previously was CEO of S2 Analytical Solutions and held leadership roles at IDEMIA, SAIC and Unisys Federal, and Engility and TASC (formerly Northrop Grumman/TASC). He began his career as a U.S. Air Force officer in space operations and acquisition, and holds an MS in Management of Information Technology and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.
