Alexander F.L. Bürhaus is Chief Investment Officer of HZG Group. He began his career at Deutsche Bank and later (Credit Suisse) First Boston in New York as an M&A generalist, then founded his own boutique firm focused on cross-border M&A and management buyouts. He advised the Herzog family on their transaction with GE and has since supported them in building their family office and business investments. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
