Mubadala Capital is the wholly owned alternative asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, the sovereign investor owned by the government of Abu Dhabi. Established in 2011, it manages over $27 billion in assets across private equity, venture capital, credit, public equities, and Brazil-focused special situations funds, roughly two-thirds of which is third-party capital. In February 2026, Mubadala Capital partnered with TWG Global Holdings and Apollo-managed funds to acquire Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings in an all-cash take-private transaction.
