Vista Equity Partners to Acquire Quantios

Vista Equity Partners has agreed to acquire Quantios, a global SaaS provider to the trust and corporate services industry, from majority shareholder Hg and minority shareholder EQT (via the EQT Private Capital Asia Mid-Market Opportunities Fund I). Hg first invested in the business (then TrustQuay) in 2022 and merged it with ViewPoint, then owned by EQT, in 2023 to create Quantios. The sale represents a c.30% uplift to Hgs latest book value. The transaction was announced July 29 to 30, 2026 and is expected to close in Q3 2026, subject to customary conditions and approvals.
