SWARM Biotactics raised an oversubscribed EUR 10 million seed round, announced June 24, 2025, bringing its total raised to EUR 13 million including the prior pre-seed round. The round was backed by a consortium of international investors from Europe, the United States, and Australia, including Vertex Ventures US, Possible Ventures, and existing investor Capnamic, which increased its stake.
