Quantios completed the acquisition of Klea (Legal Studio), a Brussels-based AI-powered legal entity management platform founded by Filip Corveleyn and Anthony Verhaegen, on October 3, 2024. The deal extends Quantios AI-enabled entity management suite into legal entity management, combining Kleas platform with Quantios existing SaaS offering for trust, corporate and fund services clients. Deal value undisclosed.
