Quaestus recapitalizes Spacva d.d.

Quaestus Private Equity Kapital II invested in Vinkovci wood-products maker Spacva d.d. in 2013, shortly after the company's pre-bankruptcy settlement, and participated in a further recapitalization in 2017, building a 75.81% stake. Quaestus exited in May 2021, selling its stake to Pervanovo Invest as part of a combined 98.68% takeover; the company was delisted from the Zagreb Stock Exchange and renamed Bjelin Spacva.
