PL Capital / Banc of California cooperation agreement and board seat

PL Capital Advisors, which beneficially owned approximately 6.9% of Banc of California's voting common shares, entered a cooperation agreement with the company under which principal Richard Lashley was appointed to the board of directors of Banc of California, Inc. and its bank subsidiary in February 2017, filling the vacancy left by Steven Sugarman's resignation.
